Therefore, it is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. Nebraska Networks Associates, Inc. assumes no responsibility for its accuracy, ommissions, typographical errors or misinformation of any kind. Liability for any errors or ommissions shall be limited to removing any ads that are deemed fraudulent.
* Each home seller is limited to one FREE listing. If the home seller needs or desires an additional listing (after the FREE listing expires) to maintain their home listing on the site, they may purchase any of the then available listing packages for sale.
* FSBONebraska.com does not provide any real estate consultations or information. Any tax or real estate information needed must be obtained through an attorney or Nebraska Licensed Realtor, or a tax professional. FSBONebraska.com is used solely for the purpose of connecting potential home buyers with home sellers whom are selling their homes by themselves.
* No refunds will be provided on advertising, nor is pro-rating allowed on listing packages. Once you purchase a listing package and place your ad on the site, your order is considered complete. Changes may be made to your ad anytime during the life of the listing package. Upon the sale of your home, you will remove your home listing from the site or contact FSBONebraska.com and we will remove your ad but no refund will be provided.
* FSBONebraska.com reserves the right to reject or revise any advertisement. Fraudulent or intentionally misleading ads or listings will not be accepted.
* FSBONebraska.com accepts no responsibility for the success or failure of any realtor to sell your property. All realtor services are purchased from a Nebraska licensed real estate agent and he/she accepts full responsibility for their services, conduct, and success rate. All consumers will be directly contracted with the realtor, and FSBONebraska.com will have no part in that contract.
