Occasionally, home sellers who are listing their property For Sale By Owner, still want or need some of the services offered by licensed realtors.  Therefore, FSBONebraska.com has enlisted the help of a local, Nebraska Licensed Realtor to assist any of our customers who want help from a realtor.  The following services are available on an ala' carte basis through FSBONebraska.com and must be purchased separately from the listing packages, please contact us at 402.934.9919 for assistance.


Home Market Analysis to determine proper listing price for you home:  $100 fee


Our realtor will act as a showing agent for your home and will assist with negotiations and contracts/paperwork - $1,200 fee


Your home listing will appear on the MLS and you receive realtor assistance with home showings and contracts - 4% commission + $250 fee


What is the MLS?

The Multiple Listing Service is a service utilized by local realtors where they display their contracted properties for sale.  Homes that appear on the MLS must be placed their by licensed real estate agents and brokers. Thus, other real estate agents and brokers can then see what all other brokers and agents are offering for sale. This system cannot be accessed by a consumer, only by licensed real estate agents and brokers.  Listing your home on the MLS will greatly increase its exposure and enhance your chances of finding a buyer for your property.
