Step by step instructions to get your property listed quickly and efficiently.

If you follow these instructions, you will have your property listed on our system in 5 minutes or less and without snags. I would recommend that you print this page and simply follow the instructions line by line.

First of all, You will be given the opportunity to select the free listing or choose a different package for a fee. Make your selection, then choose a listing class (this is required) and then enter your personal information, read the terms of service and check the box and click submit. 

Now you are ready to list your property, just follow the steps below:

2: Click on the "List your Property" link from the Main Menu on the left.
3: If you are an individual selling your property click on the image on the right that says "Free Listings" If you are a Realtor or Investor, click on the image on the left that says "Subscribe Today". There are free options on both of these selections.
4: Choose a listing option whether free, basic, or enhanced.
5: Choose your primary listing category from the drop down. You MUST choose one at this time.
6: Enter your login information and click the "I agree to the terms of use" box.
7: Write down the Login and Password you created and click the submit button.
8: You will be taken to a login page where you will enter the User and Password you just created. Enter your user and pass and you will be taken to a page with 2 icons, one to edit your account, the other to edit your listing.
9: Select the "Edit my Account" icon first and make sure all your contact information is correct so potential buyers can contact you. Once you have your information in, click the "Update" button. Then click the link above that says "Admin" you will be returned to the page with 2 icons.
10: Now click the "Edit my Listing" icon. You will be taken to the "Listings Editor" page, click the link that says "Modify Listing", you will be taken to the actual listing page.
11: Enter all your property information. Make sure you click the drop down box to mark your listing as "Active". Do not worry about your listing pictures yet. Get all your property information correct and click "Update"
12: Now you can enter up to 10 pictures for your listing. Click on the "Edit Images" link on the left near the top of the page. You wil be taken to a page that says "Upload a Picture"
13: Click the "Browse" button and browse to your first image, click on your picture and click "open" or simply doubleclick on the picture. Repeat this process for as many empty picture lines as you wish. When you have selected all the images you want, click the "Upload Picture" button. You will now be prompted to enter a little information about each picture you uploaded. Enter a short description for each picture in the "Caption" section, and enter details in the "Description" section. Click "Update" when you have entered all your pictures and info.

Your listing is now complete. 
Click the "Home" link and you can search for your listing.
